Venger V. Organizational-economic mechanism of price regulation in natural monopolies

Natural monopolies and the interfacing markets. The theoretical and methodological analysis of peculiarities of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of price control in natural monopolies is profound, offers to its institutional provision in transformational economy are proved. The wide toolkit of the standard methods of scientific research is used, including: retrospective, the statistical and comparative analysis, indexes, etc. Methods of theoretical and empirical research, the analysis of laws of a social production in market conditions and achievements of domestic scientific idea are used. Economic principles of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of price control in natural monopolies are proved. Ways of improvement of normative-legal base on questions of price control in natural monopolies are offered. Offers on improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of price control in natural monopolies are developed. Results and offers of improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of price control in natural monopolies have been used by the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine during the development of the project of State program of social and economic development of Ukraine. Theoretical and practical recommendations can be the state bodies which adjust the prices for production of natural monopolies subjects and the interfacing markets.
