Kuleba D. Realization of internationa legal personality of Ukraine by participation in the activities of international organizations.

The thesis aims at studying the mechanism of realization of international legal personality of Ukraine.The objective of research is to assess the role of international organizations in achieving objectives and interests of Ukraine in different historical periods of its existence,presentation of possible models of maintaining relations with international organizations,examination of borders of international organizations' legal impact on Ukraine based on the analysis of realization of its international legal personality.Thus author studies peculiarities of Ukraine's participation in the formation of SES and argues that creation of this organization is in conformity with legislation of Ukraine and its international obligations.The author analyses meaning of Ukrainian SSR in the UN for Ukrainian statehood and international law in general, meaning of the membership of Ukraine in international organizations of universal and regional character for harmonization of country's national legislation with international, integration of Ukraine to EU,NATO,WTO.The author also studies influence of the process of complying with accession criteria to the EU,NATO,WTO on it domestic processes.Experience of mutual relations between League of Nations and Ukraine is being looked at in this context as well.
