Essay

The object - process of professional training of managers of institutions of higher education. The aim - theoretical substantiation and elaborating of the educational and game projecting technology. The methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty – the author defined and scientifically substantiated pedagogical essence of the notion “educational and game projecting“ as an educational technology; specified the technological algorithm of game projecting and the system of control and assessing activities of their participants; characterized professional orientation of game projecting; specified the essence of the notion “professional training of future organizations managers“; determined the criteria, indices and levels of professional training of students-managers at the beginnings of studies; elaborated and approved of the technology of realization of the pedagogical prerequisites at the principal stage of professional training of specialists in high school. Practical results and novelty – the author elaborated and approved of the pedagogical prerequisites of using educational and game projecting in professional training of future organizations managers as a factor of their advancing personal and professional growth; the methods of diagnosing the levels of professional readiness of the students at the beginning stage of studies. The subject and degrees of introduction – the author elaborated educational game projects for students-managers, worked out methodical references as for using educational and game projecting technology. The effectiveness of introduction – high. The branch – pedagogical, pedagogical institutions of higher education, teachers’ retraining institutions.
