The object - process of professional training of managers of institutions of higher education. The aim - theoretical substantiation and elaborating of the educational and game projecting technology. Theoretical results and novelty – the author defined and scientifically substantiated pedagogical essence of the notion “educational and game projecting“ as an educational technology; specified the technological algorithm of game projecting and the system of control and assessing activities of their participants; characterized professional orientation of game projecting; specified the essence of the notion “professional training of future organizations managers“; determined the criteria, indices and levels of professional training of students-managers at the beginnings of studies; elaborated and approved of the technology of realization of the pedagogical prerequisites at the principal stage of professional training of specialists in high school.
