The Object of study: process of social development of an enterprise in conditions of economic transformations; the purpose of work: synthesizing and further development of theoretical basis, elaboration of methodical and practical recommendations of improvement of management process by social development of labor collective; the methods of study and equipment: methods of theoretical generalization, graphic analysis, statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results: the organizational model of management by social development of collective which reflects the basic stages of formation and realization of the administrative decision with specification of their contents concerning object of research, the methodical approach to a complex estimation of social development level of collective of an enterprise on a basis dual-aspect approach to an estimation which allows to weaken contradictions between owners and hired workers, the definition of a category "social development of collective" as triune process of social sphere development, workers and a payment, system of indices of social development of collective of an enterprise which is constructed in view of the basic offered factors of development: social sphere, workers and payment that allows to characterize this phenomenon as system at micro level and to determine it quantitatively, method of formation of a set of functional strategies of management of social development of collective of an enterprise in view of key directions of social development ; the subject and degree of introduction: development introduced in practical activity of joint-stock company "Energoproekt", public enterprise Kharkiv machine-building works "FED" , public enterprise "Radiorele"; the sphere of use: practical activity of enterprises, educational process.
