Sharavska A. Energy-generating enterprises competitiveness management under the conditions of their advancement to the external market.

The thesis deals with the interrelation of the enterprise and the national economy in terms of their competitiveness, peculiarities of various types of energy markets both of Ukraine and of foreign countries, factors of energy-generating enterprises competitiveness management, as well as basic ways of securing competitive positions for the enterprises of Ukraine's atomic energy system. Based on the situational analysis of atomic energy enterprises economic portfolio, the level of competitiveness of Ukraine's atomic stations has been determined as compared to that of thermal generations. A complex evaluation of atomic stations competitiveness has been made on the basis of aggregate balance and calculation of financial coefficients. As a result, the author has shown the economic efficiency of the continuation of the exploitation of the active power-generating units, the creation of Ukraine's own infrastructure of dealing with the used atomic fuel, NAEK "Energoatom" participation in international programmes and projects, the development of interregional trade based on the existence of capacity surplus, ways of accelerating the export potential, as well as the European direction of Ukraine's atomic energy development.
