The object of research: innovational projects managerial process at a state level. The aim of research: the progress of theoretical positions, the substantiation and development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations for economic efficiency of innovational projects management. Methods of research: methods of the comparative analysis, theoretical consolidation, statistical methods of dynamics research, static and dynamic methods of innovational projects valuation. Results: the classification of innovations on the basis of innovational multiplier is offered, it has allowed to reveal interrelations between management of innovational process and cyclic fluctuations in economy; the adjusting parameter – the factor of the innovational multiplier action is developed on the basis of substantiation Kondratiev’s theory of cyclic developing the economy; the methods of innovational projects valuation on stages of their development are advanced at the expense of substantiation the recommendations on their use for a determined project stage that enables to systematize the estimation of efficiency realization and to capture all phases of project life cycle; the methodical recommendations on the use of dynamic methods of valuation at an investment stage are advanced at the expense of universality the a parameter net present value substantiation; the further developing of methodical recommendations on realization the marketing analysis at a preinvestment stage of development the innovational project at the expense of application of the advanced matrix of the Boston consulting group (BCG matrix) was received; the methodical recommendations on application the concept of life cycle of items at definitions the efficiency of innovational projects at an operational stage of its developing.
