The novelty consists in a deepening of theoretic - methodological and practical aspects of directions of perfection of organization of management of energy saving processes. The conceptual complex approach concerning perfection of organization of management of energy saving processes is offered which provides measures on reduction additional energy expenses at a stage of planning and production management. Mathematical optimization model of production management is developed (on an example of manufacture of large-sized products), that allows to supply minimal energy expenses at preservation of high quality of production. A degree of implantation. The results of the dissertation are used in practical activity Open joint-stock society "Turboatom" and Open joint-stock society Lozovskoy smith - mechanical plant.
