3.The object is the process of professional and pedagogical training of teacher trainees; the aim is to develop, scientifically ground and experimentally test pedagogical conditions of leadership qualities development in extra curriculum activity; the methods are theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization, modeling, questionnaire, testing, supervision; the novelty lies in the fact that first in a theory the conditions of leadership qualities development of teacher trainees in extra curriculum activity are grounded (intellectual and creative, strong-willed, organisational and communicative); the results are efficiency of qualities realization in relation to the rise of students formation level is experimentally tested; scientific and methodical recommendations as to the problem of leadership qualities development of teacher trainees in extra curriculum activity are developed; the area is theory and methodology professional education
