By modern methods the cultures of makromycetes studied for selection of perspective producers; in first the radial growth of mycelium for 49 species of fungi is described; new cultural-morphological and molecular-biological signs of separate species is got; the growth and output of biomass of 19 species of mushrooms on liquid media, composition and pH of media is detemined; use of sunflower husk for fruiting selected fungi is shown.
