Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to increasing the mechanisms service life of machine axis ipinning due to the improvement of their technological effectiveness using the locking rings with the horizontal compensators, and making the grade analysis of determining the parameters of intermediate and closing rings of a dimensional chain. The dynamic model of boring the ring grooves is developed. Such model allows to reveal the influence of processing factors on the quality of surfaces being processed. The technique of renewing the traveling gears of axis spinning by means of plastic deformation is proposed for the first time. Such technique means to provide the certain volume of metal for the further supplying of repair capability on the basis of redistribution of this volume while repairing. The multi-variant structure of ring grooves forming by means of boring heads with the different types of boring mechanisms as well as die structure of a device to measure the constructive parameters is presented. The technological process of manufacturing the spinning rings with the horizontal compensators using the screw billets with the F-shaped cross-section is developed. The got results are applied in industry on the different enterprises of Ukraine as structural and technological developments, rigging, measuring instrument technological processes and methods of designing calculations, that provided the increase of labour productivity on 18-28% and internals of products.
