The work is devoted to the solution of the actual problem of increasing the accuracy and quality of the restoration of the landing apertures of case details on the basis of developing of progressive technology of their restoration using strengthened steel curtailed plugs and polymeric materials. Interrelations between parameters of quality and accuracy of the dimensional strengthened steel curtailed plugs and modes of the process plugs flattening are investigated. The rational values of submission are within boundaries of 0,13-0,25 mm/rev, tension - 0,15-0,25 mm. For the maintenance of plastic deformation of the plug with thickness of 1 mm to all its depth the angle of deformation of the plug by flattening rollers should make 7 degrees 20 minutes. The mathematical model is obtained for the definition of the influence of parameters of the process of restoration on the durability of the connection of immovable interface, results of researches have shown, that the greatest durability of the connection isprovided at the thickness of 0,12 mm polymeric layer and surface roughness of plug Rz = 40 microns.
