The thesis deals with the investigation of Crimean Tatar historic prose of XV - XVIII centuries. On the basis of analysis of works of Crimean Tatar historians, materials of archives and investigations the general picture of origin of Crimean Tatar historiography in the context of the Golden Horde literature, its development as a part of court literature of Crimean Khanate and its gradual fading in Ottoman Empire at the end of XVIII - XIX centuries has been outlined. The problem of folklore roots of written historic tradition of the Golden Horde and forms of folklore participation in the development of historic prose of Crimean Khanate has been interpreted. Parallels between historic prose and contemporary to it Crimean Tatar court poetry, historic prose of other people (Turkish, Uzbek, Persian, Russian) had been discovered. Attention has been paid to problems of literary canon manifestation of author's individuality in the works of national historiography. An attempt of scientific division into periodsof development of Crimean Tatar historic prose of XV - XVIII centuries has been made. Three periods of literary-cultural process in Crimean Khanate have been marked out. The thesis reveals and defines the main peculiarities of poetics of national historic works. The analysis of changes in Crimean Tatar historic prose during XV - XVIII centuries has been made.
