Object: aggregate of economic relations in the system of the food providing in the context of factors which predetermine the food market condition in the conditions of structural alteration of economy; Рurpose: to development of theoretical-methodical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to the acceleration of forming of efficient food market; Methods: horizontal and vertical analysis, trend method, method of economical-mathematical design, abstractly-logical, monographic, calculation-structural, economical-statistical, the cross-correlation methods, methods of schematic images, questioning, own supervision. Theoretical and practical results: The scientific results got conclusions and recommendations can be applied at investigational region food to the market and the strategies of his development used for development and forming of infrastructure are formulated in dissertation work. Scientific novelty: got subsequent development organizationally-economic mechanism of increase of efficiency of food market on the basis of realization of measures of assistance of development of market infrastructure of food market, liquidation of disproportions between raw material by a base and productions capacities, introduction of the scientifically grounded forms of organization of production, market pricing in combination with the state adjusting and other., and also method of prognostication of parameters of food market taking into account conformities to the law of management and economic properties of elements of component subjects of the system of food market; the concept of "food market" is deep, specified maintenance of which is suggested to examine as beginning the difficult system of public relations, which influences on the mutual relations of all subjects of market, from the production of food, concluding him to the consumptions and includes at itself: intermediary, procurement, financial-credit, informative-consultative, distributively-logistic activity of production,, and also activity of public organs, and local self-government; grounded ways of development of production in basic food complexes and basic directions of increase of efficiency of food market, among which: perfection of institutional structure of market; perfection of functional structure on the basis of more rational use of source raw of materials and creation of the completed cycles of practically all food subcomplexes. Degree of introduction: Were drawn on research results in practical activity of Main administration of agriculture and food of Kherson regional state administration, and also in an educational process for the students of economic specialities of the Kherson state agrarian university, leaders of agricultural enterprises, farmers which pass postdiplom preparation in an university. Efficiency The use of developed in dissertation of theoretical and methodical approaches in relation to the effective functioning of food market will assist to development of theory and practice of agrarian and economic researches.
