Grechka G. The substantiation technology of production of homogenat from the drone larves

In the dissertation the theoretical and experimental material reflecting a role of bees in formation, development and survival of the man is stated. Is opened therapeutic action before the investigated products of beekeeping (honey, wax, propolis, load pollen, poison, royal jelly) and, nowadays researched, of homogenat from the drone larves (HDL). Is developed and is investigated basic elements technology of production HDL. The biological properties and physical - chemical structure of homogenat from the drone larves of different age (pH - 7, fiber 13%, fat 1,2%, amino acids are established: 16 general (common) and 21 free, 29 maximum greasy acids, greasy - soluble and agueous - soluble vitamins were discovered in it). For the first time in Ukraine is proved and the necessity, opportunity and economic efficiency of reception high - guality HDL is realized at complex use of bees.
