Object of the study is processes of state sector management to industry. Objective of study is the most further development theoretical basis state sector management to industry and development recommendation on shaping efficient managerial system state industrial enterprise. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, economy-statistical, comparative, logical and economy-financial analysis, questionnaire questioning, grouping. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalization and practical decision of the actual question of the connecting economy on improvement of state sector management to industry. Novelty is system permit of the questions on improvement of state sector management to industry in modern condition. Degree of the introduction by: Donetsk regional state administration, Cabinet Minister Ukraine, Ministry of the economy of the Ukraine. Branch of application is regional and state management body.
