Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of improvement techniques for international trade activity management on all organizational levels. Furthermore, main factors of export-import specialization enterprises are determined and international trade development trends are analyzed. Using system-functional approach towards the management processes, the author suggested the algorithm for organization of international trade activity on the level of enterprises and disclosed its organizational-management mechanism. The author also worked out the algorithm for evaluating the efficiency and productivity of the international trade management system and ways of its activation according to each of the main hierarchical levels of management.
