Essay

Theoretical and methodological directions concerning improvement of the methods, that regulate idustrial development are substantiated. Main statements that concerns ensuring the industrial development of the region, its intensification, organizational forms alteration, complex usage of industrial resources, solving of new tasks formation of industrial-technical ground of the region based on the usage of achievements of scientific-technical progress are deeply analyzed. Methods of regulation of industrial development of the region by means of lateness mechanism are grounded.
