Zharova I. Physical rehabilitation of the patients with static form of flatfoot and of a spinal cord osteochondrosis

Object of research: state of musculoskeletal system of patients with static form of flat-foot and osteochondrosis of lumbar part of spine. Subject of research: physical rehabilitation program set taking into account the static deformation of foot and lumbar osteochondrosis. Methods of research: analysis of scientific-methodical literature; pedagogical observations; experiments using complex of clinical (X-ray, inspection, questioning) and instrumental methods (stabylography, tensodynamography, thermography); plantography; mathematic statistics. Scientific actuality of the received results is the following: functional features (tensodynamometric, stabylographic and thermographic indexes)of musculoskeletal system of patients with associated pathology, which indicates their mutually conventional character, are discovered, and it gives the possibility to create of the physical rehabilitation program and correction of revealed misbalances; physical rehabilitation program, which is differ form general rehabilitations programs by complex approach and includes the measures gathered taking into account of revealed misbalances, oriented on strengthening of muscles and ligaments both foot, and spine, is created; theoretical considerations about influence of proposed measures and methods of physical rehabilitation on state of musculoskeletal system on the basis of evaluation of their efficiency are expanded; existing program on physical rehabilitation of person with lumbar osteochondrosis and flat-foot is added with alternative measures.
