Essay

The thesis paper suggests physical rehabilitation program for trained young persons post arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, developed taking into account the principles of physical rehabilitation, methodological approaches of ICF and SMART-goals. The total duration of the program is 46 weeks. Basic program included the following periods: pre-operative, early postoperative, late postoperative and functional. The variable program included recovery or training period and the period of professional, sports rehabilitation. Research and pedagogical experiment were conducted during 2013–2021 at the premises of orthopedics and traumatology unit of Kharkiv Regional Hospital, Kharkiv City. 48 men aged 25 to 30 years were physically examined at the stage of preliminary studies.
