Essay

The dissertation highlights the state of biomechanics of young athletes' feet at the present stage. Summarizing the data of professional literature sources, it is determined that the influence of playing different sports is of great importance on the state of the supporting and spring properties of young athletes. At present, the problem of integration of correction and preventive technologies in the process of sports training of young athletes has become especially relevant. This is due, first of all, to the presence of a large number of athletes with violations of the biomechanical properties of the feet, which in the future can lead to the loss of musculoskeletal functions, increased trauma, violation of axial loads, the formation of stable morphological changes.
