An object is the process of professional preparation of controllers-instructors of service of air motion (AST); methods are theoretical: analysis of scientific and special literature; comparison, generalization and systematization of theoretical and practical material, design; empiric: pedagogical supervision; questioning; questionnaire; conversation, interview, method of expert estimation, method of self-appraisal, pedagogical experiment (establishing, forming, comparative); statistical: methods of mathematical statistics for the research data analysis; purpose - scientifically theoretical and methodical bases of preparation of controllers-instructors AST to pedagogical activity on a trainer, to develop the method of preparation of controllers-instructors AST to this activity in the conditions of module technology and experimentally check up its efficiency at application on enterprises from maintenance of air motion; novelty - first scientifically model of pedagogical activity of controllers-instructors on a trainer with the use of module technology which is the mean of method of their preparation to pedagogical activity; a structure and maintenance of pedagogical preparation of controllers-instructors AST is specified; criteria and methods of estimation of readiness of controllers-instructors AST are systematized to pedagogical activity on a trainer in the conditions of module technology; results - the structure of professional activity of controllers-instructors AST is developed with the selection of technological and pedagogical constituents with subsequent development on this basis of model of pedagogical activity of these specialists; theoretical and methodical bases of module technology as mean of preparation of controllers-instructors AST to pedagogical activity; technological and pedagogical functions of activity of controllers-instructors AST; scientifically method of preparation to pedagogical activity on the enterprises of organization of air motion, which engulfs directions of organization of to her controllers-instructors AST, and also theoretical and trainer preparation of controllers; it is inculcated in Kharkov and Donetsk regional structural subdivisions of the State enterprise of maintenance of air motion of Ukraine; industry is professional pedagogics.
