Mel'nik I. Reforming of housing and communal services and price and taffifs control for housing-and-municipal services to the population.

The Object of research is a process of functioning of housing and communal services of Ukraine in part of grant to the population of municipal services. The Subject of research is organization and mechanism of the state adjusting by development of housing and communal services and tariffs and prices control on the municipal services of population. A purpose of research is a theoretical validity of necessity of conducting reformation of housing and communal services of Ukraine and adjusting prices and tariffs for housing-and-municipal services. A methodological basis is fundamental positions of laws of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics. Special methods of research of processes and phenomena in their dialectical intercommunication and mutual development are used in dissertation, namely: methods of comparative and system analysis, and also method of scientific selection; methods of questionnaire, groupment and selective researches; methods of logic and critical analysis. Positions and inferences of given research were involved and can be used in activity of organs of executive and legislative power during conducting reforms in the housing and communal services of Ukraine. Use of results of scientific research is confirmed by the 5 acts of introduction. A scientific novelty of got results is confirmed by development of conception of reformation of housing and communal services of Ukraine, the basic moments of which of principle differ from essence of definite by today's legislative and normative base.
