Object - the investment activity of the subjects of the economic action taken in the region section and the form of economic action. Target - to develop methodological fundamentals of the investment activity evaluation taken in the region section and the forms of economic actions in the parameters "investment activity" and "investment attractiveness". Methods - method of expert evaluation, method of statistic study of occurrence and processes, imitative modelling. Novelty - the methodic instrument of the investment activity result evaluation taken in the parameters "investment activity" and "investment attractiveness" has been developed; - the model of investment activity in the industrial sector of the region that considers and determines the influence of investment activity and investment atractiveness substance has been offered. Results - the investment processes with the determination of some changings and interdependency of all components which took place in the national conditions, have been investigated; - the theoretical construction of the result forming mechanism of investment activity in the regional aspects, as well as in the context of the economic forms has been improved; - the set of indices which represent the contents and the nature of such basic categories of investment activity as "investment activity", "investment attractiveness" has been stafed.
