In the dissertation the researcher distinguished future teachers' types of attitude toward others as the condition of formation pedagogical communication style; substantiated personal determinants of the stylistic features of students' communication: self-appraisal, level of self-actualization and personal maturity; and developed the program of forming students' positive attitude toward others through harmonization of their Me-conception, activation of the processes of their self-actualization, and increasing of the level of their personal maturity.
