The process of management by the integrated associations. Improvement of theoretical bases and methodological recommendations of an economic estimation and the organization of the consortium type of integrated corporate structures. Methods of research: the system analysis, synthesis, methods of comparison and economic-mathematical modelling, a method of expert estimations. Has been developed and introduced: methodological recommendations to introduction of the corporate management of effective system in consortium associations, to formation of the integrated parameters of productivity estimation of economic activities on the basis of the consortium of consolidated reporting use, and also a choice and introduction of practical aspects of the synergy theory; has been developed system of monitoring and regulation of corporate management processes on the basis of introduction of information-analytical model of corporative economic analysis. The sphere of use is the processes of consortium formation structures in various branches of an economic complex.
