The dissertation is devoted to a problem of management and calculation of price of a building construction project. The research according to this dissertation is based on the elaboration of econometric models wherein the price for a building construction contract, which price is acceptable for an investor, is connected with organization, technology and price parameters of construction and assembly works according to the project, with a due consideration of possible variations of these parameters.The method of forming of cost of building contract created on the basis of model provides to the investor possibility of choice of rational chart of pricing on a building contract that is subject to consideration at the analysis of tender suggestions. A programmatic complex that accompanies a method provides the system planning, interactive monitoring of plans, achievement of stable educational effect, integration of stages realization of projects.For providing of processes of pricing in building the projectsof reorganization of the proper elements and subsystems are offered in the structures of management of building and builds-investment organizations. Advantages of matrix case frames are united in the offered projects.
