Rudzevich I. Psychological means of overcoming destructive conflicts between teachers and senior pupils

The dissertation is devoted to studying the distinctive features of development of psychological means of overcoming destructive conflicts between educators and senior school learners. The psychological means of overcoming conflicts in pedagogical communication are viewed as a system of interiorized methods of optimal interaction. The specific typical relations have been discovered between the level and peculiarities of conflict behavior and such person's characteristics as creativity, achievement motivation and maturity of a subject's qualities. Psychological means of overcoming the conflicts (the actualizing and using, in new conditions, of own experience of conflictual interaction as well as the creative approach to it) help the person to co-ordinate his/her inner world with the interpersonal situation.
