The dissertation deals with the issues of establishing and functioning of transport-logistic infrastructure in Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological ways of creation and functioning transport-logistic infrastructure have been deepened. Methodical approaches for determine of efficiency of transport infrastructure development and functioning have been generalized. Advanced methodical approach for determine of priority development and location of transport-logistic infrastructure elements are proposed. Main conditions, factors and criterions having influence on possibility of building modern and progressive transport-logistic infrastructure have been concreted.
