The thesis is devoted to the research of the problematic interpersonal interaction of the military personnel and peculiarities of its diagnosis and prevention. The main notions were specified and the main features of the problematic interpersonal interaction of the military personnel were exposed according to the results of the theoretic analysis. The problematic spheres of interpersonal interaction of the military unit personnel were exposed and analyzed. The program of psychological diagnosis and problematic interpersonal interaction of the military personnel prevention was developed. Effectiveness of the program was checked up with a number of experiments. The practical recommendations for a military unit command staff were worked out to prevent problematic interpersonal interaction of the military personnel in different situations of everyday and on duty activities were developed.
