Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical and practical aspects of development of personality of international non-governmental organizations (NGO) in terms of globalization of international economic law system. The humankind has the unique chance today to estimate the progress attained in the field of international peace and security in the world in XX century, and to place primary purposes and tasks for the future. Without the doubt the deciding role in this process will still belong to UNO, and also to the state-members of the United Nations Organization. However, currently the humankind entered into such stage of the development of international relations, when the states consciously are loosing the monopoly of being one and only subjects of such relations. Non-governmental organizations are becoming an active subjects and participants of these relations. Activity of non-governmental organizations and the firm tendency for the increscent of their amount and evolution of theirinternational personality, enlargement is the personal touch of the modern stage of civilization development. As this phenomenon – important factor, that represents modern transformations of the legal status of international nongovernmental organizations in the process of formation of the global system of international law; it needs a profound scientific comprehension. Nowadays NGOs are the real alternative to the governments of countries in resolution of the thorny socio-economic and humanitarian problems. Therefore, NGO became the valuable participants of international life in a contemporary period.
