Lozyan I. Preventive maintenance of development a thrombohemoragic syndrome after splenectomy for Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Changes in system of haemostasis at patients of Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) at stages of surgical treatment and clinical-laboratory attributes of development a thrombohemoragic syndrome in the early postoperative period were studied, including by means of complex coagulation inspections and revealings in blood of patients specific hematologies markers for intravascular curtailing of blood. Dependence of development of the majority of postoperative complications after splenectomy from initial changes coagulation haemostasis at patients of ITP and their further transformation in the postoperative period on a background of substantial increase of number thrombocytes is proved. Necessity of realization of medicamentosis preventive maintenance for intravascular curtailing of blood is proved in view of given clinical current and the laboratory control of a condition for coagulation systems of blood. The expediency of use at stages of surgical treatment ill ITP the complex program of preventive maintenance for intravascular curtailing of blood which includes the combined assignment of preparations haemoreologic and antiagregation actions, and parallel with refusal of system use depression of fibrinolisis in the early postoperative period is proved.
