Leonova Y. Mechanism formation of strategic administration of joint-stock company social economic development

Object - process of socio economic development of joint-stock company. The purpose - theoretical substantiation of structure of the economic mechanism of strategic management of socio economic development of joint-stock company and development of methodical bases acceptance of the strategic administrative decisions in sphere of corporate development in conditions of economy. Methods - theoretical generalization - for study of theoretical bases of strategic planning by corporate socio economic development of joint-stock company; the analysis and synthesis - for differentiation and generalization of structure of the factors of formation of the corporate relations in conditions of economy; classifications - for study of different kinds of strategy of corporate development; the statistical and technical and economic analysis - for research of a financial and economic condition of domestic joint-stock companies; graphic - for the evident image and schematic representation of a theoretical material of research; a method of an expert estimation - for definition of priorities of socio economic development of joint-stock company. Theoretical basis of the dissertation are the modern economic theories, laws of Ukraine, decision, decision of government on major questions of organization and regulation of economic activity of the enterprise in market conditions. Practical meaning - consists in development of complex methodical maintenance of strategic management corporate SIR of joint-stock company, which realization will assist in practical activity of joint-stock company the operative and objective decision of the contradictions between the participants, will prevent to occurrence of corporate disputed situations. Conclusions and the offers submitted in the dissertation, have found practical introduction in activity " the Kharkov factory of electrotechnical equipment " (information on introduction №358/3 from 27.05.05); "INGUL" (information on introduction №432 from 24.05.05). Scientific novelty - methodical approachconcerning a comparative estimation of interests of the participants for the first time is proved at formation of strategy corporate SIR on the basis of definition of such characteristics: a payment of the participants to corporation and its meaning for achievement of results of its activity; the participants and opportunity of granting by them of positive and negative influence on activity of corporation; structure of the prevailing purposes and quantitative estimation of expectations of the participants from activity of corporation; an opportunity and the potential consequences of the termination; have received the further development: the theoretical substantiation of structure of the economic mechanism strategic management SIR of joint-stock company, compound which is such: system of the purposes of the participants; criterion and principles of the coordination of the purposes of the participants; the factors, which influence corporate management, both form and methods of change of the factors; Organizational maintenance and complex of resources of corporate management; a sequence of strategic planning corporate SIR on the basis of definition and detailed elaboration of the contents of stages formation of strategy of corporate development, namely: formation basic both complex of functional and operational strategy of joint-stock company; definition of relevant groups of the participants; definition of the priority purposes and expectations of relevant groups of the participants, coordination of the purposes of the participants and formation of priorities of corporate development; a choice of strategy of corporate development; formation of politics of joint-stock company as compound strategy of corporate development; is advanced: The methodical approach concerning formation of the mechanism SIR, compound which is complexes of the participants, which provide achievement of set of the purposes of the corporate cooperation appropriate to aspirations and expectations of certain groups of the participants of thecorporate attitudes; a substantiation of a choice of ways the decision of corporate disputed situations at a substantiation of expediency use of sources financing SIR of joint-stock company and definition of acceptable volumes of attraction of a means
