Luppol O. Reforming of composition of the ferrous metallurgical works owners in Ukraine

Object of the study is economic relations in process of reforming structure owner enterprise to ferrous metallurgy of the Ukraine. Objective of study is the most further development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on reforming structures owner and increasing on this base of efficiency to economic activity enterprise to ferrous metallurgy of the Ukraine. Methods of research are system analysis, expert questioning, Newton, multipliers Lagranzha and condition Kuna-Takkera, econometric, multivariate factorial analysis, statistical checking for base of the test Smirnova-Grabbsa, principle equitable optimum has Whispered uncoupling of the cooperative plays. Theoretical and practical results: generality theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, defining conceptual bases, analysis practical persons and way of the permit of the problem of reforming structure owner, promoting increasing to efficiency to economic activity corporation. Novelty is development scientifically-methodical recommendation to optimization of the structure owner enterprise to ferrous metallurgy in condition its reforming.
