Gorchakov V. Formation of the Organizational and Economic Mechanism for Management of the Economic Activities of the Large Company

Object of the study is foreign economic actitity (FEA) of large machine-building companies. Objective of the study is a comprehensive economic research of formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for management of foreign economic activity of a large company and working out on this basis of provisions and concrete recommendations oriented to enhancement of the foreign economic activity efficiency. Methods of research include theoretical generalization, a system approach, statistical analyze. Theoretical and practical results consist in formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for FEA management in order to improve export strategy and to make optimal choice on the basis of marginal analysis. Novelty is in formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for FEA management in a large company at functional, instrumental and corpopate management levels taking into account product life cycle. Degree of introduction is Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional State Administration, Ukrainian Indrustrial and Transport Company, large machine-building companies. Spere of application is large industrial enterprises.
