The research is devoted to the issue of the modern feature of journalism - to the periodical magazines for women. In this work is considered the history of appearing magazine segment for woman's in communications of mass information of Ukraine, is explored the dynamics of development of appearance of woman on the pages of periodic press. In detail, dissertation are analyzed the basic thematic aspects of publications, the functions of mass editions and are definite the press of public womanish organizations.
