Jernovoj I. Formation of Industrial-Agrarian Structures in an Economic Complex of Region

The оbject of research: the process of the development of the modern organizational and legal forms of the agrobusiness subjects in system of an economic complex of region. The purpose of research: development of the theoretical thesis, analysis of the practical and development of scientific - methodical propositions for the formation of industrial - agrarian structures at the economic complex of region. The research receptions: scientific abstraction, normative and system analysis, statistical and economic-mathematical methods. The theoretical meaning of the received results consists in the substantiation of the organizational mechanism concerning formation of industrial - agrarian structures in the regional agrobusiness system and in the system approach to the decision of a task of raising efficiency for their functioning at the basis of the development of the integrational interaction. The practical meaning: The elaborated methodical recommendations concerning the development of the integrational interaction for the different organizational and legal forms of management in the regional economy have expanded opportunities of the regional resource using potentional and have assisted raising of the efficiency of functioning of the agrobusiness subjects. The recommendations of the competitor were practical realized at the activity: of the Main department of an agriculture and foodstuffs of the Donetsk regional state administration, of district state administration of Maryinka, of the metal factory "Donetskstal", of Ltd company "Agrotis". The scientific novelty consists in the elaboration of the complex of scientific - methodical propositions for formation of industrial - agrarian structures at the regional economic complex , which permits to raise efficiency of integrational interaction for the industrial and agrarian capitals. In the given sector the specificity of reproduced process is discovered, the advantages of the agriculture transition to the new way of intensive development are proved. The recommendations for territorial organization of production are elaborated and the basic principles are proved which provide the integral of the regional agrobusiness development. In thesis the factors of macrosphere are revealed and classified which influence at the efficiency of the functioning of a new type of agrobusiness structures. The suggestions on creation of the uniform information system for agrobusiness support are submitted. The regional state administrations, the bodies of local self-management, the branch bodies of management on development both realization of strategy of development and transformation to agrarian sector, the subjects of agrobusiness, the scientific establishments, the higher educational institutions are the sphere of use.
