In the dissertation are investigated didactical conditions of independent work organization of the students in the higher agrarian educational institutions: differential use of the tasks in a view of the training level of the students; development of educational activity motivation of the students; maintenance of initiativity development , independence and creativity of the students; the model of an independent work cycle in a special subject is developed; the independent educational work of the students as the form of educational activity is theoretically proved; the system of skills and abilities formation of the future experts Is developed, theoretically proved and checked experimentally by means of activization of independent work, application of different kinds of independent activity of the students; the basic directions of a technique of independent work in agrarian educational institutions are determined, namely: introduction of new pedagogical technologies; an effective use of modern didactic means; system formation of independent work skills. The results of introduction of methods of independent work activization of the students have allowed making the conclusion about positive influence on increasing of cognitive interest of the students to the process of training, educational motivation and raises efficiency of educational process.
