The investment processes in an economy are examined through the features of investment conduct of basic being in charge subjects - householders, firms and state. The investment conduct is determined as procedural actions of investors which will realize the interests by forming of options and reasons, selection of instruments, drafting of plans, developments of projects, acceptance of decisions in obedience to strategies and style. By basic factors which design the investment conduct, there are principles and instruments. Methodology of ground of concept «economic conduct» is given. Character of influencing of investment climate (his permanent and changeable level) on the investment conduct is determined. Described features of investment conduct of householders, its basic models are exposed. The investment conduct of firm is determined on condition of achievement of having special purpose strategic tasks. In a transformation economy the conduct of the state takes place in an innovative model.
