Object of research - socio-economic phenomena and processes that occur in the labour market in rural locality.Purpose of research: elaboration of methodological and methodical principles for statistical estimation of condition, development and regulation of regional labour market in rural locality.Methods of research: statistical grouping, graphical method, selective observations, modelling, comparison, theoretical generalizing, dimension of correlations.The theoretical and practical results: the program-methodological principles of specially conducted selective observation of economic active rural population and method of prognostication of labour market in rural locality were improved; the method of integral estimation was adapted to the analysis of regional labour market in rural locality; the existing system of statistical indices was improved and the indices that represent peculiarities of rural locality were added; the characteristics of labour resources of the region and the data concerning perspectives of the development of labour market in rural locality were received; the method of integral estimation for comparative interregional analysis of the conditions of labour market was created.The scientific novelty is determined by the results of theoretic-methodological and practical character. The degree of novelty is determined by the following:1. the statistical characteristic of the conditions of labour market in rural locality of the region was given according to special indications which were formed under the influence of socio-economic processes. This characteristic was obtained according to the results of special selective observation of economic active population with the help of improved program-methodological principles of statistical observation; the prognostication of labour market, which forms the informative base for administration of labour resources of the region, was fulfilled taking into account the peculiarities of rural locality; the method of integral evaluation was adapted tothe analysis of regional labour market in rural locality, which allows to carry out comparative characteristic of labour market in separate regions; 2. program-methodological aspects of statistical observation of labour market on the regional level were improved in addition to existing statistical accounts, administrative data, and programmes of selective observations by the indices, which characterize labour resources for the purpose of their adapting to the specificity of rural locality;the further development received: definition of the notion "regional labour market in the rural locality" on the grounds of systematization of existing theoretical theses; statistical estimation of demographical processes and of distribution and use of labour resources under the influence of structural changes in agricultural manufacture; substantiation of the directions of elaboration of administrative decisions concerning the regulation of labour market in rural locality on the basis of results of conducted statistical research.The degree of introduction: the results of the research were used in practical activities of Vinnytsia Regional Rada, Main Administration of Economic of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Vinnytsia Regional Employment Centre and educational process of Vinnytsia branch of the State Academy of Statistic and Audit.Effectiveness of introduction: the received results of this research form the informative basis for elaboration and making administrative decisions in main directions of activity on the labour market and for promotion of effectiveness of regional politic concerning reproduction, distribution and use of the labour resources in rural locality.Sphere of use: statistical guaranteeing of elaboration of administrative and organizational decisions made by different categories of users as for the condition and development of labour market in rural locality.
