The object is the process of a pulse laser irradiation of vegetable seeds before sowing; the aim is to increase of sowing qualities of vegetable seeds before sowing by a pulse laser irradiation by a substantiation of the most effective technological modes and development of the appropriate technical means; the methods are experiment planning, statistical data processing, methodological principles of the system analysis and synthesis, operational calculation and decision of the differential equations; the practical results - the parameters of technological modes of a pulse laser irradiation of vegetable seeds before sowing are proved, the means with an establishment of parameters of technological modes for irradiation of vegetable seeds depending on a kind both grade of cultures and initial sowing qualities of seeds are developed; the scientific novelty - received dependences of vegetable seed power and energy of germination from parameters of technological modes of the pulse laser irradiation and internal factors, that has allowed to offer new effective parameters of technological modes of the pulse laser irradiation of vegetable seeds, the methods for an establishment of parameters of technological modes of the pulse laser irradiation of vegetable seeds depending on initial sowing qualities of seeds, sort and kind of cultures are offered, that has allowed to develop the appropriate means for the pulse laser irradiation of vegetable seeds before sowing; sphere of use - vegetable growing.
