Kenani S. Psychological climate indicators in the sports team

The object of inquiry - the psychological climate of a team. The subject of investigation - the structural components, their interconnection and degree of impact on the psychological climate of a team. The following methods of investigation are used to achieve the formulated objective and stated tasks: a) theoretical (analysis, comprehension and generalization of the special, psychological and pedagogical literature about the problem of investigation); b) empirical - observation, questioning, semi-standard individual interviews, expert estimation method, pedagogical experiment (stating, forming), math statistic methods. The science novelty of the received results is: for the first time the training program is developed as the instrument of regulation of the psychological climate of a team; it lies in correction, forming and developing of the system of relations among the sportsmen in a team; for the first time the indicators of the psychological climate in a team are grounded which help to estimate itsdynamics on the basis of the analysis of the attitude among the sportsmen to the instructional and competitive activities; the individual qualities of a sportsman; the psychological compatibility in such systems as "sportsman-sportsman", "coach-sportsman", the climate disturbance and the style of a coach supervision; the characteristics and peculiarities of the structure of the psychological climate of a team are discovered; the algorithm of the regulation process of the psychological climate of a team is developed; it provides the complex study of its objective and subjective factors; gathering, processing and interpretation of data of motivating, mobilizing, orienting and other effects upon the sportsmen and also the selection of the optimal decision of correction of the relations in a team; the scientific conceptions about the phenomenon of the psychological climate of a team is extended, its structural components are defined concretely.
