Object: Pre-marriage wedding rites of Bukovynian Ukrainians. Purpose: determination of the personal touches and features of pre-marriage traditional wedding ceremonies of Bukovynian Ukrainians at the end of the ХІХ - ХХ item Methods: complex analysis, comparative-historical, tipological, structural-functional. Results: the specific of pre-marriage wedding rites of Bukovynian Ukrainians was first shown. Use: at the scientific study of problems of history and ethnology of Ukraine, ethnology, in teaching of flat and special rates in middle and higher educational establishments; at writing of the special courses and general labours from history and ethnography of Ukraine.
