The object - the process of professional self-development of future officers in a higher educational institution. The aim – is theoratically substantiate and approbate the pedagogical conditions, experimental methods of improving the quality of training the future military spesialists using virtual modelling. The methods: theoratical, empirical, statistical. The theoratical results and novelty: for the first time it has been determined and scientifically grounded the complex of pedagogical conditions increasing the quality of military training of the students of higher military educational institution using technology of virtual modelling. It has been virtual modelling the conception of “general military training” and the “quality of general military training”, it has been discovered its structure. It has been determined the criterions, the index and quality levels of general military training of the students. The practical results and novelty. It has been developed the method of applying of virtual modelling technology in the process of general military training of students. The object and level of implementation: implementated the technology of virtual modelling in process of training officers in reserve on military departments of civil higher educational institution.
