Petrov R. Peculiarities of poultry colibacteriosis developing on the base of zearalenol intoxication.

Subject of investigations: poultry escherichiosis and intoxication caused by zearalenol. Purpose of investigation: study peculiarities of epizoothology and pathogenesis of poultry escherichiosis which is combined with intoxication caused by zearalenol and elaborate methods of prevention of these deseases. Methods of investigations: retrospective epizoothological analysis, clinical, pathologoanatomic, serological, biochemical, ctatistic methods. Equipment: microscope, ovoscope, thermostat, centrifuge. Theoretical results: pathogenesis of poultry escherichiosis which is combined with intoxication caused by zearalenol is studied. Negative influence simultaneous effect of escherichiae and zearalenol on reproductive capacity, quality and biological value of poultry meat is shown. Practical results: it is experimentaly prooved, that poultry escherichiosis which is combined with intoxication caused by zearalenol negatively affects reproductive quality and productivity of poultry, quality and biological valueof meat. Measures of prevention of poultry escherichiosis which is combined with intoxication caused by zearalenol are elaborated. Introduction degree: system of measures of prevention of poultry escherichiosis and intoxication caused by zearalenol are adopted in poultry farms of Sumy region. Field of use: veterinary medicine.
