The thesis is devoted to the study of low-temperature preservation influence on enzymatic activity and morphokinetics properties of human sperm when developing a simple method of donor sperm cryopreservation that doesn't demand any special equipment. The obtained results allow us to make the following decision that enzymatic activity and morphokinetic properties of human sperm after cryopreservation with the help of the simple technology remain at the level of native samples. It suggests the effectiveness of the developed method. Addition to a washing medium of adrenalin in the final concentration 1µM allows to increase the motile fraction by 15-20%.
