Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of the constructing and the application of the controls and the state estimations algorithms in dynamic systems. It is assumed that such problems are characterized by the qualitative information about the system, the control purpose and the descriptions of the estimate precision: some parameters of the controlled plant have values comparatively large or small, the observations accuracy - high or low, the perturbation intensions - large or small, there is the large priori uncertainty of the initial conditions of the plant state vector and etc. Using traditional optimal algorithms may result in the calculating difficulties and (or) the high sensitiveness in this case. The approach to the development of the algorithms based on the asymptotical analysis well-known optimal algorithms is offered in this work. It is shown that contained the limiting algorithms have the properties close to the appropriate optimal algorithms.
