In this dissertation work the notion of financial and credit relations and their influence on the formation of circulating actives of the enterprises is investigated; the economic essence of creditability of economy subjects is shown the theory and methodology of credi tably under transformation conditions are also extended; the factors of the formation of the process of economic relations between the enterprises and banks are found out; scientific and methodical approach of credit rating of economy is subjects extended on the basis of the improvement of the mechanism of credit rating of the borrower; the analysis of the modern condition of placing of current assets of regional good enterprises has been conducted; the borrowers credit solvency is extended the problems of credit security of the food industry enterprises are identified; methods of adequate estimating the solvency of food industry enterprises and ways of improvement of placing and usage of financial credit resources of the region are developed. Logistic approach for optimisation of forming circulating capital of food enterprises in Cherkasy Region and a rise in their financial and credit providing level is used.
