The dissertation is devoted to problems of competitive strategy development and implementa-tion in food- production enterprises. In this dissertation features and characteristics of the domestic food- industry market development are determined. The content of competitiveness of the food - industry enterprises is profound on the basis of varied approach to the management and ensuring competitiveness. The classification of enterprise competitiveness estimation methods has been de-veloped. Financial maintenance of competitive strategy realization in food industry enterprises me-thodical approach has been advanced. In this dissertation theoretic- methodical rules for competitiveness level evaluation has been developed; in particular forming of strategic activities competitiveness index. Expediency of im-plementation and certification of foodstuff safety has been proved, model of quality system internal audit plan has been developed too.
