Borisenko T. Pedagogical conditions of the formation professional culture of the workers of the agency of the internal affairs

The object is the process of futur musik teachers' professional training at higher pedagogical educational establishments. The aim is the main point and necessity determination of team educational pupil's work within contemporary conditions at schools providing general education i it is also substantiation and experimental control over pedagogical cjnditions of effective future music teachers' training for such kind of activity organization. Methods are analysis and generalization of all the information concerning the subject of the research; analisis of students' activity result; observation; testing; questionnairing; pedagogical experiment and statistic methods using. It result: for the first time the substantiation of pedagogical conditions of future music teachers' training for team educational pupils' activity was provided; the main point determinatioin of "team educational pupils' activity" acquired subsequent development; the methodics of forning future teachers' important professional activitycharacteristics, which concerns team educational pupils' activity organizatioin within their classes was supplemented.
