State regulation of activity of natural monopolies. To define theoretical positions and to develop methodical and practical recommendations concerning optimum parameters of state regulation of activity of natural monopolies. Methods of research are the method of scientific abstraction, a method of relationships of cause and effect, the complex analysis. Position according to appeal of price offers of applicants for the franchise is proved. It is advanced classification of the reasons of occurrence and existence of monopolies. The theory of monopoly, the mechanism of the franchise have received the further development. Sphere of use is state regulation of activity of natural monopolies.
